Host-kit checkout and download support
For a Fantasy Book Club Host Kit payment, download or refund question, email hello@threshinggame.online with the problem, the approximate checkout time and your payment receipt if available.
Do not send a full card number, password, verification code or checkout/download URL. Do not make another payment just to recover a file. We can review a receipt and verify the order before arranging access. Downloads are offered on the verified return page; the website does not automatically email the kit. No response time is guaranteed.
Questions about your official game account
This website cannot send Dragonkind login codes, remove an official wait, recover a bond or edit a rider profile. For official game information, visit Dragonkind and the author’s FAQ.
Never email us a password or verification code. Your official account belongs with the service that provides it.
